Thanks for choosing Shotgrav AI Video Maker, your creative companion for bringing video ideas to life with AI. These Terms of Use set out the simple ground rules for using the app. They form an agreement between you and Shotgrav AI Video Maker. Effective date: 2026-10-27.

Saying yes

By downloading, opening or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Your licence to create

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own creative purposes and in line with these Terms and the Apple App Store's rules.

Keeping it creative and kind

Please use the app responsibly. Don't use it to create or share content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative or deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights, including their privacy, likeness or intellectual property. Don't try to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload or misuse the app or our backend, and don't access it by automated means. We may limit or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium features are offered through subscriptions and purchases made via the Apple App Store. Billing is handled by Apple and charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Who owns what

The app itself, including its design, software, branding and features, belongs to Shotgrav AI Video Maker and is protected by intellectual property laws. You own the prompts and media you submit and, as between you and us, the videos you generate, to the extent the law allows. You give us permission to process your submissions only as needed to generate your videos and run the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you upload and for how you use your creations.

A note on AI results

AI is wonderfully creative but not perfect. Generated videos may be unexpected, inaccurate or similar to content made by others. Please review your results before relying on or sharing them.

Provided as is

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shotgrav AI Video Maker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or content, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

When these terms change

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. When we do, we will revise the effective date. Continuing to use the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
