The short version

There are no accounts and no sign-in. You do not need to give us your name, email address or a password to start creating. We only handle what is needed to turn your ideas into videos and to make sure your purchases work.

What we do collect

When you create something, the prompts, text and any media you choose to submit are sent to our servers so a video can be generated for you. To manage purchases and subscriptions, limited purchase-related information, such as your subscription status and transaction details provided through Apple, is processed together with an app-level identifier. Basic technical information needed to deliver the service may also be processed alongside these requests.

What we don't collect

We do not ask for or create a user profile, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or login credentials. We never receive your full payment card details, because payments are handled entirely by Apple.

Where your videos are made

Your generations are processed on our own backend, run by us, the developer. Your prompts and media travel to our servers, the video is created there, and the result is returned to you in the app.

The partners behind the scenes

We work with two third-party services. Apple App Store: distributes the app and processes all purchases and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Adapty: helps us check whether your subscription is active and gives us subscription analytics, such as purchase and renewal events, so we can keep the app running smoothly. Each of these services handles information under its own privacy policy.

Payments and subscriptions

All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Apple processes your payment and shares with us only what is needed to confirm what you have bought. When used, Adapty tracks your subscription status and related analytics so that your premium features unlock correctly.

How long we keep things

We keep the information involved in your generations and purchases only for as long as it is needed to deliver the service, support your subscription and meet any legal obligations. After that, it is deleted or no longer kept in a form that identifies you.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us for access to the information we hold that relates to you, and you can ask us to delete it. Because there are no accounts, we may ask for details, such as a description of your request or relevant purchase information, to help us find the right data. You can also manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID settings.
